Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj recently provided an update on AAP MP Raghav Chadha absence from election campaigns, revealing that he is currently in the UK undergoing eye surgery. Bharadwaj emphasized the severity of Chadha condition, stating that timely treatment was crucial to prevent potential blindness.

Expressing his wishes for Chadha speedy recovery, Bharadwaj assured that once Chadha’s health improves, he will return to India and resume participation in the party’s campaign activities.

Despite undergoing treatment abroad,Raghav Chadha has remained active on social media, addressing various developments within the party. From commenting on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest to highlighting concerns about the denial of insulin and other medications to Kejriwal in Tihar jail, Chadha has continued to engage in party matters.

Chadha’s recent posts on social media shed light on the challenges faced by Kejriwal, particularly regarding his health condition and alleged lack of medical assistance in prison.

Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest in the Delhi Liquor Policy case earlier in March has drawn attention to the legal challenges confronting him and other AAP leaders. Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on charges of money laundering, while his former Deputy, Manish Sisodia, also faces imprisonment in the same case.

Amidst these developments, AAP has announced the active involvement of Mrs. Kejriwal in leading the party’s Lok Sabha campaign in Delhi and other states. Mrs. Kejriwal’s recent roadshow in support of AAP candidates in East Delhi marks the beginning of this campaign.

In a previous engagement, Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra, who tied the knot in September, participated in the London India Forum 2024 at the London School of Economics, sharing glimpses of their experience on social media.
