Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh achieved a historic milestone during his ‘Dil-Luminati Tour’ in North America by hosting the largest-ever Punjabi show outside India. The tour kicked off at the BC Place stadium in Vancouver, Canada, captivating over 50,000 fans with an electrifying performance that included hit songs and heartwarming moments.

Dosanjh delighted the audience with an array of popular tracks, including “GOAT,” “5 Taara,” “Lover,” “Kinni Kinni,” and “Ishq Mitaye,” the chart-topping song from his recent film “Amar Singh Chamkila.” However, one of the most memorable moments of the night occurred when Dosanjh invited a six-year-old fan onto the stage to join him in a spirited Bhangra performance.

The young fan, Aanakh Bhullar, expressed his admiration for Dosanjh’s dancing prowess, declaring him the best singer. Dosanjh reciprocated the affection by embracing the child and planting a kiss on his cheek, much to the delight of the audience.

In recognition of this landmark event, the general manager of BC Place presented diljit Dosanjh with a congratulatory plaque, acknowledging the show as the largest-ever Punjabi concert outside India. This marked a significant milestone for Punjabi music, as diljit Dosanjh became the first Punjabi music superstar to headline a concert at the prestigious Vancouver-based arena.

Sharing his excitement on social media, diljit Dosanjh posted a video showcasing a massive billboard of his sold-out show, solidifying his status as a music icon. The tour continues with upcoming performances in Calgary, Winnipeg, and Edmonton in Canada, followed by shows in the United States, culminating in Toronto on July 13th.

Amidst his musical triumphs, Dosanjh continues to shine in the film industry, garnering praise for his performances in movies like ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ and ‘Crew,’ where he showcased his versatility alongside renowned actors Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon.
