Rashmika Mandhana, fondly known as the National Crush, has swiftly risen to become one of the most celebrated actresses in India. Over the span of just 8 years, she has captured the hearts of audiences across the country with her stellar performances in movies like “Pushpa,” “Geetha Govindam,” and “Sita Ram.”

Born in the Kodagu district of Karnataka, Rashmika harbored dreams of becoming an actress from a young age, despite initial hesitation from her parents. After completing her education in Psychology, Journalism, and English Literature, she ventured into modeling before making her acting debut in the 2016 Kannada film “Kirik Party.”

Since then, Rashmika has ventured into various languages, including Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. While her Tamil debut with “Sultan” didn’t garner much attention, she found success in Telugu and Kannada cinema. Her Hindi ventures, like “Majnu” and “Good Bye,” have opened up new opportunities for her in Bollywood.

Despite facing personal setbacks, such as a highly publicized breakup with her co-star Rakshit Shetty, Rashmika’s career has continued to soar. Rumors of a ban from the Kannada film industry were dispelled, and she remained a box office favorite in Karnataka.

Recently, She found herself in the midst of a viral AI-generated deepfake video, catapulting her once again into the limelight. However, the support from fans and colleagues has been unwavering.

Currently, Rashmika is busy with projects like “Pushpa 2,” alongside Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, and Shekhar Kammula’s “Kubera,” featuring Dhanush and Nagarjuna. With her star power on the rise, Rashmika is reported to command a hefty fee of Rs. 2 to 5 crore per film, allowing her to live a life of luxury, complete with lavish homes and cars.
